NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS for better skin:

Drink Lots of Water
Exercise Regularly
Eat Fruits and Vegetables
Take a Good Multivitamin Supplement
Develop a Good Skin Routine  
No Baking in the Sun
Don’t Smoke or Take Drugs
Avoid Stress
Avoid Allergens    

I think we all wish we can accomplish these resolutions in one go, but just remember that life is about simple steps and we only have one body!
